Security pillar · Cyber Clinic
Free help when something has gone wrong online.
A hacked account, a harassment campaign, a doxxing, a phishing message you clicked, a donor list you are not sure is safe. The Clinic is staffed by our graduates and supervised by senior practitioners. It is free for individuals and for nonprofits, churches, campaigns, and small businesses that could never afford a security team.

What we help with
Bring us the problem. We bring the plan.
Right now
Account takeovers, suspicious logins, phishing you clicked, a device you think is compromised, a payment you think was fraud.
Someone is targeting you
Harassment, impersonation, doxxing, stalkerware. We help you document, report, lock down, and decide what to do next, at your pace.
Before the next time
A short plan for your organization: the four habits, who to call, what to back up, and what to do in the first hour of an incident.
What the Clinic is not
It is not an emergency service and it is not legal advice. If you are in physical danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first. If money has been taken, contact your bank first; then contact us and we will help with everything after.
Request help.
Tell us what happened in your own words. Do not paste passwords, card numbers, or anyone's private records into the form; we will ask for what we need, securely, on a call. A person replies within two business days, sooner if it is urgent.
