Who is RMD Proud?
Dr. Weaver (he/they)
A board-certified family physician and experienced business owner who brings decades of clinical experience alongside lived trans experience. That combination is what makes the care culturally competent, affirming, and patient-centered.
Debb Dunn (she/her)
Years of expertise in gender-affirming care, including training healthcare providers on gender-affirming hormone therapy and developing clinical guidelines.
RMD Proud is an initiative under Resolve MD that provides accessible, high-quality gender-affirming care through a virtual, membership-based model, and consulting to organizations that want to do better. Bridge to Care is the fund that pays for members who cannot pay for themselves.
