Case study · First school partner · Jacksonville, FL
A church, a school, and a program called Code Red.
Our first school partnership began with a pastor's wife who watched young graduates struggle financially and started a program to change it. We joined that program with what we know: how money moves, and how it gets stolen. The partner is not named here until they confirm we may; everything below is published with that understanding.
What we built together
Three sessions, one foundation.
Passing down financial knowledge
Part one of the fall 2026 Code Red session: family voices on money, savings, and the habits that got passed down and the ones that should have been.
Personal fraud prevention
Part two, led by Dr. Mojidi: the scams that target families and congregations, the four questions from C3, and the callback rule.
The 4C model for the school
Front-office practices the staff can keep without an IT department, starting with two-step login on the accounts that matter most.
The school already had a financial foundation: a Money Mondays program run by a coach on staff, and Financial Peace classes in the church. Our sessions sit on top of that rather than replacing it. The partner funnel we built for this school is now the template for every school we work with.
What comes next
Secure online giving
The church is in a building campaign. The lane we are scoping is donor-data protection and secure online giving, framed the way they framed it to us: we guard what you give.
Students into the pathway
Middle and high school exposure sessions, then internships and a first certification, then a seat in ACCESS Granted for graduates who want it.
Run a school or a congregation?
This partnership started with one conversation. Yours can too.
