Omoro Mojidi, MPH, MS
Health pillar lead · Managing Partner, Organizational Development · Licensed therapist · formerly Omoro Omoighe
Omoro Mojidi is a global public health and patient-advocacy leader who advances health equity through strategy, education, and systems change. At Hacking the Workforce she leads the Health pillar and has advised across our programs: the ACCESS Granted apprenticeship, Career Launchpad coaching, the youth sessions, and the trainings and coaching we deliver for partner networks. Her question in every design review is the same: what will it take for this person to finish, and what happens in the hard weeks? The mental health check-ins, peer support, and hardship support built into our programs are her work.
Outside HtW, her expertise is in mental and behavioral health, liver care, and infectious disease (HIV, hepatitis). She led the development of the Global Health Equity Center of Excellence at Gilead Sciences, an enterprise-wide training platform aligning 18,000+ employees on shared language, KPIs, and actionable strategies to mitigate health disparities across disease states. That work bridges clinical research, stakeholder engagement, and market shaping, so that community-informed insight reshapes trial design, access pathways, and therapeutic impact. It is the same discipline she brings here: design for the person in front of you, measure what matters, change the system when the system is the problem.
